What do you need to bring to a mortgage interview

Photo ID (passport or drivers license to include paper section)
Proof of current address (utility or bank statement dated within 3 months)
Last 3 months’ payslips (employee)
Latest P60 for each applicant (employee)
Last 3 year’s accounts or SA 302s (Self Employed)
Latest 3 month’s paper bank statements for each active bank account for each applicant
Latest business bank statement (Self Employed)
Latest pension statement (if retired)
Proof of savings/deposit (unless equity from existing property. If this is a gift then letter from person providing the gift
Latest credit card statement (s)
Latest credit union statement (if applicable)
Latest mortgage statement (if applicable)
Benefit entitlement letters (child tax credit, WFTC)
Credit report
Current insurance documents ie life assurance/home insurance
Current benefits from employer (if applicable)
Budget planner/Monthly affordability completed
